According to The Verge, the production AI model, branded Firefly under the Adobe flag, has now landed on iPhone and Android equipment to provide an integrated platform experience. The new Firefly application allows users to generate images and videos through text descriptions and to try the popular AI photo editing tool, which allows creative workers to generate material for their projects at any time and place. Adobe also introduced new third-party AI models and video generation support for its Firefly Boards collaborative platform, similar to FigJam.

Firefly applications for iOS and Andrey contain text-generated images, text-generated video and image-generated video tools that access Adobe, as well as generation fill and generation extension features already available in Adobe Photoshop. Users can also select a range of third-party AI models when using Firefly functionality, including Google Imagen 3 and Imagen 4 image models, Veo 2 and Veo 3 video models and OpenAI image generator.

Any content generated by moving with Firefly will be automatically synchronized to the user ‘ s Creative Cloud account, thus making it easier to continue working on the web page or Adobe desktop application. Like the Firefly application on the desktop, the Adobe AI tool on the moving end requires users to consume Firefly credits. These points are provided as reading quotas and can be accessed by the user through a paid Creative Cloud scheme or a dedicated Firefly credit subscription.

In addition, Adobe introduced a new video feature for its collaborative whiteboard platform Firefly Boards, launched in April this year. Users can now collide and upload videos and generate new material through such third-party tools as the Firefly video model in Adobe or Google Veo 3.
Adobe states that new partnership models, including Ray 2, Ideogram 3.0, Gen-4 and Pika text generation video tools for Luma AI, are being introduced to the Firefly Boards platform and will be made available “promptly” in other Firefly applications.
