According to NBC Los Angeles, one of the most influential developers of the FPS game, one of the co-founders of the Mission Call series, and a senior game producer, Vince Zampella, died tragically in a car accident in California and was 55 years old. Zampera, together with West and Grant Collier, created the Infinity Ward Studio in 2002 and the Global Call Series for moving vision. The series was developed by the core team of the Order of Honour, which at the time re-engineered the FPS, and was first rededicated on the PC platform in 2003, followed by multiplatforms, with cumulative sales exceeding 500 million, defining the modern first-person shooting game market pattern. In 2010, Zampera and West led 40 core team members away from the Infinity Ward to create a rebirth workshop, owing to disagreements over the direction of moving vision. They then re-engaged with EA, the original issuer of the Order of Honour, to launch Xbox One, which was launched as the ” Titan Falls ” . West left the studio in 2013 and Respahn was acquired by EA in 2017.
Since then, Zampela has held a leading position in EA, and in 2021, while continuing to run the rebirth workshop, was in danger of being rescued from the field series ” Fields of War ” , which was a tragic epic series.
